Chihuahua Pug Mix

Chihuahua Pug mixes are also commonly called Chuggles.  These dogs are generally between  6 to 10 inches tall and can weigh up to 15 pounds on the heavy side.  As with any mix the outcome can be variable,  so these numbers can vary considerably.

Coat colors for Chuggles can vary from fawn, black, apricot, sliver, or black.  They tend to have a short fine glossy coat, which requires minimal grooming.

Due to their small size they are best kept indoors and not with larger dogs or very small children.

Their temperament tend to be assertive and they will bark to let you know if they are not pleased.

Training these dogs is fairly easy because these dogs tend to have at least average intelligence.

If you want one of these Chuggles, it might be hard to find one, as this is not a very common mix.  The best way to find one is to look in your newspaper for dog breeders advertising Chihuahua Pug mixes.
